About this task
This Series C lending platform for freelancers (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Writes the criteria and scoring bands graders use.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Poland.
What you deliver
- Create rubrics for 10 question types with weights, examples and common mistakes.
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (4 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
