About this task
This Series B telehealth provider for primary care (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Writes the criteria and scoring bands graders use.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Czechia.
What you deliver
- Create rubrics for 10 question types with weights, examples and common mistakes.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
