About this task
This government IT contractor serving health agencies (5,000+ employees) is looking for a director Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Writes the criteria and scoring bands graders use.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Cyprus.
What you deliver
- Create rubrics for 10 question types with weights, examples and common mistakes.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
