About this task
This applied AI company for finance teams (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Writes the criteria and scoring bands graders use.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Austria works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Create rubrics for 10 question types with weights, examples and common mistakes.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (4 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
