About this task
This property and casualty insurer for professional liability (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Writes the best possible answer to a professional question.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Write 12 gold answers a week to business questions, each under 400 words with sources.
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
