About this task

This property and casualty insurer for gig workers (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Writes the best possible answer to a professional question.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Estonia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

• Write 10 gold answers a week to business questions, each under 300 words with sources.
• Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
