About this task
This gaming platform making strategy games (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Writes the best possible answer to a professional question.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Write 12 gold answers a week to business questions, each under 400 words with sources.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
