About this task
This Growth-stage analytics software company for hospitals and clinics (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a director Fractional General Counsel for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. One hour of senior legal advice on a defined question.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
