About this task
This workflow automation company for field-service companies (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a director Fractional General Counsel for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. One hour of senior legal advice on a defined question.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (WET).
What you deliver
- Give advice on an IP assignment question with a written summary afterwards.
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
