About this task
This construction group (201–500 employees) is looking for an executive Fractional General Counsel for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. One hour of senior legal advice on a defined question.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Germany. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Give advice on an IP assignment question with a written summary afterwards.
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
