About this task
This Series C expense management software company for e-commerce sellers (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Business Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Compares current and target capabilities and ranks the gaps.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The team sits in Amsterdam. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Compare current systems with the target operating model and rank gaps by effort and value.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
