About this task

This Series C online retailer for pet products (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Growth & Product Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Finds the steps where users leave and which segments suffer.

A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Portugal works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

  • Analyse the onboarding funnel for mobile and web and size the five biggest drop-offs.
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
