About this task
This specialty insurer covering fleets and logistics (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Financial Model Reviewer for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Investor-grade review of a startup model before it is sent out.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.
What you deliver
- Check a seed-round model for hard-coded numbers, circularity and unrealistic growth, then send a prioritised list.
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
