About this task

This Seed online marketplace for home goods (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Financial Model Reviewer for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Investor-grade review of a startup model before it is sent out.

A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Italy. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Check a seed-round model for hard-coded numbers, circularity and unrealistic growth, then send a prioritised list.
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
• One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 4: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.

First name, field, experience, tools and the hours you offer. Not your surname, your employer or your contact details.
