About this task
This Growth-stage subscription commerce company for outdoor gear (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Financial Model Reviewer for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Investor-grade review of a startup model before it is sent out.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Ireland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (Irish time).
What you deliver
- Check a seed-round model for hard-coded numbers, circularity and unrealistic growth, then send a prioritised list.
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
