About this task
This workflow automation company (5,000+ employees) is looking for an executive Fractional CFO for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Finance folder an investor expects: historicals, projections, cap table summary and key policies.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Assemble the finance section of the Series A data room, flag gaps, and write the 2-page financial summary.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
