About this task
This brand and creative agency for travel brands (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 20–30 h a month. Runs one search from intake to offer.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.
The team sits in Watford. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver
- Run the search for a marketing director: intake, sourcing, screens, interviews and offer support.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
