Full-Cycle Recruiting for One Role (Greenhouse)

About this task

This retail chain with stores in six countries (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Contract Recruiter for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 20–30 h a month. Runs one search from intake to offer.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.

The team sits in Bucharest. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

• Run the search for a marketing director: intake, sourcing, screens, interviews and offer support.
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
• The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
• A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost

What a month looks like

• Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
• Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
• Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
