About this task
This content marketing agency (201–500 employees) is looking for a director Fractional CFO for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A one-hour session with a senior finance leader on one decision.
The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.

- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
How the work runs

- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
