About this task
This Series C clinical data company for primary care (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a director Fractional CFO for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A one-hour session with a senior finance leader on one decision.
The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

What you deliver
- Review a founder's hiring plan against the cash forecast and answer three specific questions on timing.
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend

- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
