About this task
This proptech company in student housing (201–500 employees) is looking for an executive Fractional CFO for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A one-hour session with a senior finance leader on one decision.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Netherlands. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Review a founder's hiring plan against the cash forecast and answer three specific questions on timing.
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
