About this task
This food producer for restaurants (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Phone Screener for an ongoing part-time engagement of 5–12 h a week. Short structured calls against a scorecard with written notes.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in France works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Hold 30 thirty-minute screens a week and record notes against the five scorecard criteria.
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (4 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
