About this task
This Series C direct-to-consumer brand (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a director Product Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A launch plan that every team follows.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Ontario, so this one is for residents there. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Plan the launch of a new feature: audiences, messaging, enablement, release checklist and a two-week follow-up review.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
