About this task
This food producer for restaurants (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Contract Recruiter for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Researches, approaches and screens candidates for a senior role.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from France. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Support a CFO search: build a target list, approach 40 people and screen the top eight.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 10: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
