About this task
This mobile games company making mobile puzzles (5,000+ employees) is looking for a specialist BI Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. One-page leadership dashboard with agreed metric definitions.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.
The team sits in Utrecht. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Build a revenue, pipeline and retention dashboard from the warehouse, with a metric glossary and a hand-over call.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 11: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
