About this task
This household products maker in snacks (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Employment Contract Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–20 h a month. Checks existing contracts for missing or unlawful terms.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The team sits in Verona. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
