About this task
This Generative-AI company for document processing (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Employment Contract Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–20 h a month. Checks existing contracts for missing or unlawful terms.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The team sits in Mississauga. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Audit 75 employment contracts for UK law compliance and list fixes by priority.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
