Employee Relations Scenario Test

About this task

This digital health company for dental practices (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Tests AI advice on conduct, grievances and terminations.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Denmark works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

• Test 25 scenarios on performance and disciplinary steps and mark advice that skips process.
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field

What a week looks like

• Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
