About this task
This property and casualty insurer for gig workers (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Tests AI advice on conduct, grievances and terminations.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Test 20 scenarios on performance and disciplinary steps and mark advice that skips process.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
