About this task
This Real-estate services firm in residential development (51–200 employees) is looking for a director Fractional HR Business Partner for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Guides managers through conduct and performance cases.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The team sits in Regensburg. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Support managers on three active cases and document each step and decision.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (3 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
