About this task
This Series C business banking company for mid-market companies (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Fractional HR Business Partner for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Guides managers through conduct and performance cases.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.

What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (3 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
