About this task
This freight and logistics company for food producers (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist HR Operations & HRIS Administrator for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Keeps personnel files complete and compliant.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Ireland. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (Irish time).
