About this task
This telehealth provider for dental practices (5,000+ employees) is looking for a specialist HR Operations & HRIS Administrator for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Automates the handoffs between HR, IT and payroll from hire to leaving.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The team sits in Chicago. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Automate onboarding and offboarding tasks across HR, IT and payroll.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
