About this task
This Series C corporate card and spend platform for travel companies (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior HR Generalist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. A handbook that matches today's rules.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver
- Update the employee handbook for current law and practice and prepare a short summary for managers.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
