About this task
This Growth-stage crypto payments company in compliance tooling (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Survey & Insights Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Analyses internal survey results for leaders with action areas.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Analyse an engagement survey of 200 employees and present five priority areas.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
