About this task
This mobility company in aftermarket parts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Survey & Insights Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Analyses internal survey results for leaders with action areas.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The team sits in Berlin. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Analyse an engagement survey of 250 employees and present five priority areas.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
