About this task
This Packaged-food brand in natural personal care (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Email & Lifecycle Marketer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. A small set of modular templates tested in major clients.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The company prefers a person who can come to Orléans for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Build five responsive templates in HubSpot and test them across 30 email clients.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
