About this task
This edtech company for corporate training (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Email & Lifecycle Marketer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. A small set of modular templates tested in major clients.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in education, with a calendar built around terms and enrolment peaks.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Netherlands works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Build five responsive templates in HubSpot and test them across 20 email clients.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
