About this task

This property developer (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Email & Lifecycle Marketer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. A small set of modular templates tested in major clients.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The team sits in Kansas City. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).

What you deliver

• Build five responsive templates in HubSpot and test them across 12 email clients.
• The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week

What a month looks like

• Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
• Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
• Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in USD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
