About this task
This Food-delivery company in bakery products (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Email & Lifecycle Marketer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. A small set of modular templates tested in major clients.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from France. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Build five responsive templates in HubSpot and test them across 15 email clients.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
