About this task
This Series C online retailer for specialty food (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Email & Lifecycle Marketer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. A small set of modular templates tested in major clients.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The team sits in Berlin. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Build five responsive templates in HubSpot and test them across 12 email clients.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
