About this task
This health charity in refugee support (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Email & Lifecycle Marketer for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Opens, clicks, conversions and revenue by programme.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The company prefers a person who can come to High Point for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Report monthly email revenue by flow and campaign and three tests to run next.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
