About this task

This freight and logistics company for retailers (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Data Quality Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–20 h a month. Finds and merges duplicate accounts and contacts.

The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.

The team sits in Lakeland. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

• Identify 4,000 likely duplicate accounts in the CRM and prepare a merge file with rules.
• A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
• The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

What a month looks like

• Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
• Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
• Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
