About this task
This Series B expense management software company for nonprofits (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Data Quality Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–20 h a month. Finds and merges duplicate accounts and contacts.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The team sits in Brussels. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Identify 4,000 likely duplicate accounts in the CRM and prepare a merge file with rules.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
