About this task
This mobility company in aftermarket parts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Data Quality Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–20 h a month. Finds and merges duplicate accounts and contacts.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The team sits in Berlin. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Identify 4,000 likely duplicate accounts in the CRM and prepare a merge file with rules.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
