DORA ICT Third-Party Register

About this task

This Series B web3 infrastructure company in custody (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Compliance Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Builds the register of ICT providers a financial entity must keep under DORA.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Estonia. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

• Build the register for 60 ICT providers with contract, function and criticality fields.
• One round of edits after the company's review is included
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
• The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
