About this task

This automotive supplier in aftermarket parts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Designs realistic misuse cases in a professional domain.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Virginia, so this one is for residents there.

What you deliver

• Design 20 misuse scenarios in finance and HR and rate their severity and plausibility.
• Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines

What a week looks like

• Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.

• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
