About this task
This analytics software company for law firms (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Designs realistic misuse cases in a professional domain.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Design 15 misuse scenarios in finance and HR and rate their severity and plausibility.
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
