About this task
This defence technology company in avionics (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Designs realistic misuse cases in a professional domain.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from France.
What you deliver
- Design 8 misuse scenarios in finance and HR and rate their severity and plausibility.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (3 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
