About this task

This Growth-stage digital-asset exchange in custody (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a specialist Paralegal for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–12 h a week. Prepares contracts, forms and letters for attorney review.

The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Ireland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (Irish time).

What you deliver

  • Prepare 8 documents a week from templates and client data for attorney review.
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

  • Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
  • Wednesday: main working block (4 hours)
  • Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
